Bad service

I've settled my account with MTN trying to get the paid up letter, it's more than 20 days now no response. The only response it's a system automated saying they will respond within 24 hours.what fastrating the most is that their legal department doesn't have direct line only emails that they don't respond. SEE ME AT MTN KILL ME
