Bad service
Contacted Mtn to cancel a contract on2 Dec, call today only to find out that the contract hasn't been cancelled. Ask what my balance is and its out of this world because they say I've been using data which I haven't because of mtn's extremely high costs and then I have Fezeka put the phone down in my ear after her giving me attitude during the entire call! #MTN must fall! Th trying to make up their billions due to the nigerian gov with us normal folks!

Estimated amount for early termination fee=R3240.84 Valid until end of December
The current balance for R 1,002.60 not included with the early termination fee, will be debited by debit order. If the debit order returns unpaid this will be added with the early termination fee.
If you request to make the early termination fee pay at Absa, use you cell as reference and fax payment to me ***.
*** usage limit was for R1869.00, the usage limit set now to R0.00 the account will not be billed further for any data or call usage.
Cell number *** has been cancelled and converted to prepaid, allow +-2-24 hours SMS will be send to you.
You may request for the itemized billing and URL report once the invoice for December has been finalized for the data charges.
