Bad service

Sunday evening I shared my experience with Hellopeter and immediately Monday morning around 1100am I received a call from a lady. Firstly she tells me I was told to call you with an attitude which I just totally ignored. So I explained to her what is happening and she tells me that she will log the complaint and someone will call me within 48 hours. Still NO call. Mtn sends me early reminders about a payment but they cant solve the problem first.
