Bad service

MTN South Africa is a reap off, they've been promising lies since May 2020, I've requested to cancel the account with them as they failed to deliver what we agreed on, everytime I have to contact them in regards of them still deducting from my account after I requested it to be cancelled, I always get different people with different feedback but I don't get my money back, this is frustrating and there's no one who's willing to contact me and tell me when they going to refund, their superiors are always on meeting if you request to speak with them, the last person I talked to didn't assist me at all, the person who was better it was Nicole who gave me the reference number :J05365 I hope I'll get assistance and my money back.
