Hello BEANZ,

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it has caused.

Kindly be advised that the credit limit set on your account is determined after your credit history and rating has been evaluated in accordance to the National Credit Act. This determines the maximum amount that a creditor will be allowed to borrow. Please be advised that your credit limit was increased from R 500 to R 900 by the Credit Management department based on your monthly average spend which is still not enough for the 2GB bundle to be loaded. We advise that you make a cash payment in order to reduce the credit limit.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Regards,
Ayanda
