Bad Service

This is now my third time loading a report on Hello Peter, and quite frankly I'm disgusted with the response. The other 2 times I wrote a report they called me back once both times to say my report has been received and will give me feedback up until today I have not received any kind of feed back. I am still awaiting my charger from mtn that they did not deliver with my laptop after I sent it in with my laptop 10 months ago!!! I am shocked at the kind of service mtn is giving me as a customer! By far the worst service I have ever received!!!
