BAD SERVICE

My husband has a MTN contract since 2001 through this father.

October 2014 my father in law signed a letter instructing MTN to move this number to my account or apply for his own.

Oct 2015 this was still not done.

3 weeks ago I stated phoning again to sort this out, as the phone was disconnected.

Wednesday I phoned mtn they said I should check if the number is still active, which Ive done. I phoned again and was told to hold on as they need to check the security details, and they will send a email to Retentions to request balance of the contract.

Today I phoned again. I asked the first guy to read out to me what the log said, it was totally different as to what I logged. After a argument, I said to him after all tell me what to do?! Again He said because of high call volumes (go figure) he cant confirm security details with the account holder, the account holder should phone them.

What more do I need to change the account holder
