BAD SERVICE

I RECIEVED A MTN SIM CONTRACT ON THE 20 MARCH 2021 this card gave me problems from day one when i wanted to cancel it the agent told me to contact mondo of which i did not know anything about as i only know that i am an MTN customer these guys are not telling assisting me with anything i cannot pay for something that does not work , i took this card cause a friend referred me to MTN with the same deal she has but recieved this bad service from their partner mondo and their agents that did not help me the first time i want this sim card cancelled
