Bad service

I went into a mtn shop on saterday to do a aplication for a new contract and was told it wil take 2hours for aproval. It has been 4days now and all answer i am getting is it is stil being processed. Colleges of mine went in on monfay got sameday aproval. Why is it taking so long. Did not think mtn has this kind of service. And this is the reason for me leaving my previous service provider. Unacceptable ????
