BAD SERVICE

Good morning. My complaint is to the service of MTN with my upgrade. I am doing my upgrade for a long time online; the service is better (well that’s what I thought) and there are more various colours on the phones. The stores employees are not very friendly and will not go 100% to satisfy their client. I was called / WhatsApp on the 16th of January 2025, Thabo was the gentleman’s name, at first my credit was not approved on the contract I wanted with the iPhone 16. There was a difference of R181/m. Mtn does not even know what my salary is and or what expenses I have, me and my husband was under debt review and already paid up and are in the clear again for some time now, (not even something we did not pay and got in arrears he was laid off without any contribution) MTN use their own discretion. Really????? Who do they think they are. We bought a new car a year ago with no problem. When we were under debt review not once was my MTN account not paid not once, or my Vodacom contract I have not once there was a miss payment. I was told I am VIP client, what a joke hahahahahahaha…. if this is the way you handle your VIP clients, I don’t want to know how the ordinary client service is. It was confirmed that there is a Pink iPhone 16 available~! Thabo confirmed that, now I am waiting for up to date for delivery. First, he said the delivery will be for my son and my phone together and that never happened. I received my son’s phone, no word from Thabo or the team letting me know there is no Pink phone available, I had to phone and find out where is my phone. All I get back is waiting for stock!!! There was a confirmation that there is stock in pink why was that not book out for my application? Why do I have to wait and wait if I don’t ask no one let me know. This is unacceptable and this is not just BAD SERVICE THIS IS REDICIOULOS TO THINK IN OUR COUNTRY ALL THE SERVICES WE GET IS GETTING POORER AND POORER. I am a shame to say I am a South African. This whole upgrade was a disaster, and I want my pink phone don’t really care where this pink phone will come from or who is going to drive and get the phone.
