Bad service

I am very disappointed on the service that I got from MTN thinking that online application should be easy and fast but no on the 01 August app**** for home wifi, on the 2nd August agent call be I was excited saying what a quick services they told me my application will take 24-48 hours, until today nothing from them no feedback niks I have been following up with emails but response nothing, I just want to tell them to cancel my deal cleary they don't want a business with me
