Bad service

I have been trying to get through to MTN to cancel my contract because it has expired and no one is willing to assist me, I even went to their nearest store and no help. I spoke to Pinky Ngeleka from Customer care and did receive any help, and I went to speak to Philisile Ndamase and no help and other two gentleman but no help. Will go to my attorney for this.
