Bad service
I Have been calling from May 2015 and been taken from pillar to post about cancelling my contract. first it was strike now it is just poor frustrating service. MTN is over changing me. MTN is holding me ransom. I paid retention fee but I am still being charged monthly. I have been with MTN for more than 20 years but now I want out. I cant take their bad service anymore. MTN does not value me as a customer.
