Bad Service
I called the call centre to kindly ask the customer service agen Zikhona to cancel these annoying sms's MTN keep sending me, I don't want to receive sms's from MTN, I am ok with the contract package I am on, I am not interested in any more of their promotions. Zikhona gave me *** when I call the number it says the number I dialled does not exists. now I am stuck with these sms's coming to my phone every 30 min.
