Bad service.

I am not happy with the network provider, in March 2023 I upgraded my contract with them where I took a Lenovo laptop and wifi router plus data bundle. I was happy after I received my staff but a month later noticed that they are giving me data bundle that was little than what I asked for. I then requested a call recording which they told me that they can only send it to the MTN, unfortunately the store that they could send the record to was far from my home town. So I requested the cancelation of the contract, they arranged courier to pick up their staff from me. There after I phoned them again to request cancelation and that was never done. I found out lately that they have black listed me because I decided to block their debit order in January 2024 after asking for the contract cancelation several times and upto date they never canceled it
