Bad service

MTN is draining and disappointing. My ZTE WiFi router has been been offline for days now. I went to inquire yesterday at lenasia traderoute branch and the assistant told me that my premium was short with R30 I payed it and got assured that it'll be opened. Only to find out that it's still closed I travel to lenz with my petrol for such service. I wouldn't recommend MTN unlimited data to anyone bad and unprofessional service.
