BAD SERVICE
I sent her request on the 09/10/15 to un-blacklist my handset even today I am still waiting for my handset to be un-blacklisted....I have sent her supporting documents via email

The supporting documents were received and attached on SR#:***, the proof of purchase is required for us to un-blacklist the phone. You will have to go back to the store where you bought the phone from and request the proof of purchase.
