BAD service

Goodday, I sign up for a black friday contract with MTN which include 40 gig data, all of a sudden I don't receive the data anymore, only the talk minutes that was also part of the contract. I forward a e-mail to the complaints dept, they told me I must 1st see if I will get the data in February....initially I complain because I didn't receive my data for February... For the past week I didn't get any response after I send the "Complaints management team" a e-mail, the "consultants" also cannot assist....who can assist.
