Bad Service

First of all they took almost 4 weeks to do my upgrade and now that it was done I receive a link to claim my fitness watch with the Galaxy A70 deal. By claiming it with Samsung they say I am outside the claiming process. And referring me back to MTN as for it's theire terms and conditions. The mail clearly state when bought from 1 to 31 July 2019 you can claim till 15 August 2019. Now its from left to right and nobody can assist. This is the worst service I have ever received.
