BAD SERVICE

I would like to know exactly how long does it take have a SIM Swap performed on a sim card. I was told that when you fax the required documents for SIM swap it will take 24 hours for the sim swap to be performed. But according to another call centre agent that it takes 48 Hours, all I want to know is why does MTN call centre agents give different information to their clients<br> <br> I need sim swap to be performed on my card as soon as possible. I have been waiting for more than 24 hours and am shocked to find out that my documents have only been forwarded to a team today at 11h00 therefore I have to wait another 24 hours,<br> <br> I am not impressed!!!!! Why should one always have to report on Hello Peter before something gets done... I have been experiencing bad service from MTN and it is really annoying!!!!!! MTN PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER
