Bad Service

MTN service sucks,we listed on the NCR because someone in accounts never allocated payment for January 2024(we have proof it was paid) We paid the amount they said must be paid so we in a credit by them.No apologies nothing. They put off our phones for 5 months no mistake of ours.Now when we want to renew our contracts they said we must wait 3 months.MTN we are now listed with the NCR because of *********** workers.I need you to remove our name from the NCR and tell me what is going to be done with the 5 months my phone's was off but the contract was still being paid.
