Bad Service
Sick and tired of MTN who loaded my contract incorrectly in February and now i'm paying extra every month. Costumer care keep on referring me back to the store and the store keep on telling me they waiting for a response as my query has been logged. In the meantime I'm paying extra every month. I'm so glad one of my contracts is ending the end of this month and i will definitely not renew it, ever so sorry i upgraded my other contract. I've been with MTN for many years but this is the worse service ever!
