Bad service

I was having cellphone contract with them then my contract ended I call them to cancel and I was given reference number then boom after 2months they came to my account to debit money which I don't know whats for, after they have failed to get the money they handed account to their lawyer which I don't know what's for, I think the service is bad for me.
