Bad service
Good Day ,
I have requested itemised billing last week and have send back the completed forms but have had no feedback at all regarding this pending service.
The customer service agent Rorisang Moumakwe has been helpful to send me the form and has send a follow up with email adres ********** but have received no reply. Customer Services MTN Customer Service
Why is it such a mission to get service from MTN.
