bad service

worst network ever!!! ever since they changed their billing system in feb/march its been a nightmare for me. every month my phone is disconected then i have to call their call centre where they put you on hold for about 1 hour if you are lucky only speak to sometimes rude and not helpfull service champs who then force you to make an arragment to pay even thou you explain to then that you not owing and you have proof of payment. i really wish this contract could end as i have had enough,
