BAD SERVICE

I had the worst experience with MTN at their store when i had to do a SIM swap i was told to go buy a sim card elsewhere because they didnt have sim cards,a whole MTn with no mtn sim cards really like that wasnt enough this absolutely rude lady was not willing to help me with my sim swap firstly asking me what are my most commonly contacted 3 numbers which I gave and was told it was incorrect honestly my call log is even proof , since I don't really make calls with my number as I already have an MTN contract and i use to make calls with which I explained.This lady was so uninterested that another lady stepped in who tried to help but I believe the network was giving a problem on the little phone she was using.i don't understand why it wasn't done on the system when i could have been identified and verified using my ID and info given such as last recharge and security question I've did a SIM swap in the past with Cell C and I've never experienced such bad service its really unbelievable I regret taking out a contract with MTN I think i will close it.
