Bad service
I went for a add on to my contract on the 4th December 2918 MTN has a promo with 20gig free for a month and a 14gig access pass all valid for a month. Calls are made with regards to when it will be loaded but stories are being given from 48 hour to 7 days. MTN call center is useless and do not know their promotions. More than a week later still nothing. I even have a Ref number but it has not even been looked at.

Our technical team informed us the service need to be loaded on the contract before they can allocated the 14gig access pass data. We have attached the copy of the contract to the billing support team to load this service first on the account. They will give us feedback once done.
