Bad service
I have been considering switching from mtn to vodacom because of the continuous problems with loading bundles or airtime. Lucricia and her supervisor Musa through their bad attitude while dealing with my call today have managed to convince me to switch. My 18 year relationship with mtn was ended with a few minutes call with them. This is my last month with mtn.
