Bad service!
I took a contract out almost 3 months ago by mtn. I suppose to be receiving 17GB but I only get 5GB every month. Every time I go and ask what is happening and asking for feedback. No one assist and keep having different excuses.

The discount has been added to the account. The credit for R169.87 has been placed on the account for the connection fee and discount not received on the September invoice. We have sent to you the copy of the contract signed with the store. The billing department has confirmed: Package does not include any promo bundles We have sent the request to the back end technicians to investigate further.
