I have insurance with MTN for my phone, according to me I am paying the company my insurance. now when I want to claim the advise me I am still paying for the old phone and can do nothing for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on my statement it only shows Insurance and not for which phone, I was under the impression it is for my new phone. would like to know if this is a **** from them not to pay out. Does'nt the law state the have to show for which phone you pay??
