Bad service
I took my phone to MTN boulders branch so they can book it in for repairs,for two weeks they gave me the run around and when I finally called the repair centre they told me that they came 3 times already to pick up the phone but we're told it's not ready,mind you all they needed was the actual phone and proof of purchase which I left at the shop,I finally decided to get my phone on Tuesday and do the booking myself,their customer service was absolutely horrible as no one was able to explain to me why they failed to hand over the phone to the courier company nor did they offer to even remedy the situation,my phone was picked up today,two days after doing the booking myself hassle free,so i want to know from MTN what was so difficult,as there's no reason to have have them as the middleman between the customer and the repair shop if I can do the bookings myself hassle free.
