bad service

Since the 1st of October when I first log a call with mtn I have not received any feedback from their office whether stating that my request has been received or if more information is needed/required from me all I have been getting is all the calls reference numbers that I only received when I call MTN customer care/line. Ref: ********** 43, ********** 94, ********** 70, ********** 60, ********** 11, ********** 71. the list can go on and on

i called looking for assistant with closing /deactivation all account opened with MTN under my ID number as it was due to identification theft I have been a victim of impersonation.all i wanted was for them to investigate and closed the above and provide me with the confirmation letter. i have emailed them all the required documents at least 4 times to 4 different consultants. below reference and information was provided by Mtn consultant. and even today i have not received any correspondent from them.
