Bad service.
My wife went for an upgrade at mtn vredenburg branch. We requested for p20 pro on 36months contract. Upon signing of all documents we saw that the contract was captured by consultant by mistake for 24months.
She canceled it the same day. Yet we did not receive feedback on cancelation and yet continuing payments on 24months.
It has been escalated with reference number 1- ********** 1907, yet no one came back with feedback. It has been 2months already.
Pathetic service of mtn

We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred.
We have sent the complaint to the Regional managers to intervene with the stores regarding the upgrade not as yet been cancelled.
We will give you feedback soon.

31 Aug 2018, 16:51The store did confirm that they never receive any calls nor emails. It is vredenburg branch.
Please locate the right branch. It's been 3months now. 1june upgraded and today is the 31st of August.
Please this was suppose to be canceled in the first week already.
