Bad service..

Very disappointed and saddened by the mtn service.I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.I app**** for a cellphone contract via phone call last year August,and everything went smoothly. I was shortly notified by the courier company, that I need to have my original id(which was lost at the time) with me to receive the phone.I couldnt get the phone.Later I notified mtn and ask to cancel my contract, I'll reapply after sorting the ID issue.Suddenly no one could help me, I kept calling mtn and instead of getting assistance, I would be put on hold for an hour, being transferred from one department to another. Today, I was told to contact mondo company so they can cancel my contract, they couldnt help, saying mtn should help me. When I called mtn again, I was transferred to their legal team, who told me to pay R5000, so I can got out of the contract. If not, my name will be ruined. When I said no, the lady said, I must provide proof that I've never used the phone and that I canceled my contract.Mtn is a ****. Contact ***
