bad service
my phone was ****** on Thursday day before Easter called mtn call centre to block it was told they only block Monday to Friday between 8 and 5 explained to them that the person who stole my phone is de*****ing all my contacts asking for money pretending to be me but no help...tried a sim swap was sent back and forth till Saturday mornings when i went to the mtn stores no help till today i must wait for Tuesday to resolve this

If you still have not been assisted with your sim swap, I will assist you on email after the blacklisting of your device has been actioned.
