bad service

let’s start by saying MTN is useless serious , was due for upgrade last year and advised they that yes i want to upgrade but not around will advise when am back . they delivered the phone to someone which I don’t know and I must pay for that cell phone which i didn't receiver .... till today am calling and going to the branch no luck ... now even stopped MTN debit... on the 21/02/2018 called the call center spoke to Veshain ( manager ) REFERENCE - ********** 04 - as am still waiting from last year June ... MTN STOP *****ING
