Bad service
Two months ago my account was debited with a higher amount than the one which is usually debited for my contract. When I queried this with the MTN contact center they informed me that some of my benefits has fallen away hence they debited the higher amount. What I find annoying is that MTN did not contact me to give me more options and instead of refunding the access amount into my account they decided that it will be used for future billing. All this was done without communicating with me and finding out if this option suited me.
I would like MTN to contact me urgently to discuss my dissatisfaction

Kindly specify for which month invoices you enquire about because when we evaluate your recent debit orders it was an amount of R 286.64 that went off from your account.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.

After the amount of R740.00 was debited on the 30/09/2017 a credit of R522.20 was passed into your contract account then in November 2017 we didn't debit your account due to credit and in December 2017 we only debited R51.08

19 Jan 2018, 11:32Hence my complaint; you debited my account with a higher amount not considering that the money in my account was to cater for my personal things. Instead of reversing the money I'm my bank account you decided to credit it into the MTN account without consulting with me
