BAD SERVICE
I have been using a certain mobile number for the last 4-5 years but on a Cell C Prepaid option, I took over the mobile number from a family member. Some how my number stopped working, cannot make or receive calls, Sms's WhatsApp. IM's etc. Went to Cell C, they cold not track number on System, went to Glomail, neither could they. Was recommended to try MTN. Was in luck it was an MTN number, but they cannot help me, my mobile number apparently has been *****ently PORTED by MTN, All I need to do is a sim swop and they cannot assist me, gave me number for MTN PORT who cannot assist. Sorry MTN I WILL NOT MAKE USE OF YOU AS A SERVICE PROVIDER AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EITHER.
