Bad service
I got to MTN shop at the Newcastle Mall at 14h54 on the 26th of November and the door was still open but only to be told by one black male consultant that the store is closed, I protested that the door is still opened and the time is 5 minutes to 3 the guy told me that they don't work according to my watch. I was so surprised and amazed, at that very same moment a family of Indians came and they were let in. So I'm frusrated, I want clarity does MTN especially the branch in Newcastle Mall only caters for Indian people.
