Terrible. Placed an order for home Internet and haven’t heard back from them since. No communication at all.

04 Feb 2025, 15:49I paid and received a proof of payment however haven’t received my router and when I finally got a hold of their support they said they didn’t receive my payment. Finally when I got a support agent that seemed to be helpful, they dropped the call! Extremely unprofessional!
