Bad Service

Hello Peter.. on the 14 October my phone was ******, report at MTN, 1st i was not told what must do okay is fine, went to police station they gave me a doc No and affidavit, email them back to MTN till today i don't have a phone but they expect to deduct money every month, i have to be the one that ask for an update through email use work telephone [#***], they hang up kept me on hold for long then hang up like I'm craze, total I don't have a phone bad service MTN stuff . I regret big time having a contract with MTN
