Bad service

Very bad service and correspondence from mtn... I've waiting for them to get back to me since the beginning of Feb 2020...ive paid up my contract and request a paid up letter, only to fine out mtn shows in arrears on the credit bureau.. Why I don't know... Can someone please get back to me to sort this out urgently as I'm in the process of buying a property and this is effecting me negatively....
