bad service

Good day, Ive been having problems with MTN since August 2023, whereby i wanted to upgrade my contracts. I went to the store in sanlam centre parow, the agent told me that they would get back to me. I waited and never heard from her again. I decided to do the upgrade online, whereby i was asked to send my bank statement,which i never did. October i emailed them, informing them that i would like to cancel my contracts then the next day one of the agents called me. I then decided to extend my contracts. The agent told me that it would take 5working days for the phones to be delivered. Last week i had to email mtn again as it was passed the 5days. Last week thursday i received the call from one of the agents who informed me that the phones would be delivered on monday... Today is monday and no phones received.
