bad service

recently contacted mtn for an upgrade as I'm having a cell phone contract with them. the consultant who helped me was good until now that I'm not happy with what they delivered. I requested a green cellphone with a gold watch but one thing she didn't specify that the phone doesn't come with a charger adaptor. now I have a phone I cant use and the white watch instead of gold and worst have tried to contact them to come and collect the order so that I came find another device which will be user friendly for me with no luck since Friday 03/11/2023
