Bad Service..

I am highly disappointed in mtn. The customer care service is the worst the consultants don't even know their work, I keep sending proof of payment each and every day. I paid my account on the 8th May 2023 sent them proof of payment but still my payment is still not allocated. Can any assist me please I can't keep calling your customer care! I have never missed a payment in my life, why would I start today...
