Bad service

Worst experience ever, I have been with atm for over 20 years, 2010 I changed to contract and I lost my job August 2020 I called airtime to settle my contracts since I had 3 paid over 10k now am being served by laws as to them I owe money how come as they changed my lines to pay as you go from contract and paying
