Bad service

Called mtn for migration of contract. First person cannot help me and transfers me to Mondo. They in turn cannot help me and I must go back to mtn. This happened several times. Then I asked for a supervisor but none was conveniently available to assist. Then eventually I get transferred to migration dept to only hear people chatting but no one is talking to me on the phone. This happened 3 times. Phoned again and was told some one will call me back. Now I get emails which I cannot ask which packages are available nor how I can migrate and financial implications. MTN DO YOU WANT BUSINESS OR NOT
