Bad Service!!

I am highly disappointed in the service I have received and will never take a contract with MTN again . I took out a contract for WiFi which has now expired . I tried to cancel , they told me to go in store. I went in store , they told me I have to do it via call centre because the box belongs to me and was part of th contract. Managed to get a cancellation scheduled on Friday 27 September 2024, they said an agent will be in contact with me. My phone rings for two seconds and is put down before I could even answer , not long I get a message that my contract has been extended another month. I do not want this contract for another month !! Hence I scheduled cancellation! Plesse may someone contact me for cancellation because I refuse to pay another month when I scheduled cancellation and it was accepted!!
