BAD SERVICE

Incorrect details and terrible service. I got a data contract over the phone. I was given the wrong amount of day and night data. Recieved my sim card with no explenation on how to activate it, and the phone number of MTN on the delivery note is incorrect. I had to phone almost 15 numbers to get someone to pick up the phone. Once the phone was answered, I had to deal with a extremely rude person , and I could hardly hear her. First contract with MTN and its not even activated yet and I am already regreting it.
