BAD service

Bad service call last night 2 times they declining my Sim swipe and this morning. I have been using this number over 15 years there are are so many different ways of verifying numbers.im so upset I'm waiting for important calls. They told me to police station to write affidavit I am not doing that I am. Very busy and will not go to Mtn store also. If no one helps me will take this further.
